Looking for a special way to spend your Valentine’s Day? Look no further than an amazing 3 course meal prepared by Chef Beth Raynock of Local Mama Catering. Each course will be paired with an option of Setter Ridge Vineyards wine or Saucony Creek beer.
Enjoy this delicious dinner on Friday February 10th at 6:30pm for $150 per couple (plus 18% gratuity) Also, enjoy live music throughout the evening.
Start your evening with a glass of Sparkling Muscat followed by the following pairings.
First Course – Warm Cheese Fondue served with Fresh Fruit & Breads paired with Secret Lovers or Saucony Creek Golden Bear Pilsner
Second Course – Filet Tips with White Wine Saffron Cream served over Crab Risotto and Asparagus paired with 2020 Cabernet Franc or Saucony Creek Lager
Third Course – Flourless Dark Chocolate Torte served with Red Wine Whipped Cream and Berries paired with 2015 Pinot Noir or Vanilla Chocolate Milk Stout
Each course includes a 3 ounce glass of wine (or sparkling wine) or a 5 ounce glass of beer. Additional beer & wine is available to purchase during the meal. Also enjoy 15% off any wine bottle purchases this evening.
