Confused as what wines to pair with your upcoming Thanksgiving Day feast? We have taken the guess-work out, and have put together the perfect pairing selections.
2017 Bishop's Peak Pinot Noir is produced entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Coastal San Luis Obispo County, combining both purchased and estate grown fruit, this wine is bottled before the next harvest to preserve the charm and fresh red fruit flavors that distinguish the varietal. Aromas of bing cherries, dried cranberry and allspice and raspberry, mesquite and bay leaf on the palate.
