Ben Haines 'B Minor', is a blend of 95% Shiraz with 5% Marsanne from the 150 year old Yeringberg estate in Yarra Valley. Handpicked, 50% whole bunch ferment including some carbonic maceration and 50% whole berry, a portion on top of last year's Marsanne lees. No new oak, just old Vaullerine, Gillet and Damy puncheons, aged for ten months. Unfined / unfiltered.
