The {Italian} Terroir Tour at Osteria Morini will make its way through the regions of Italy starting with Azelia Winery on February 12th, Salcheto Winery on February 27th, Tre Monti on March 11th, and its final stop at Cantina Della Volta on March 26th! Each dinner on the tour will perfectly pair the featured wines of the evening with a four-course menu of Italian specialties from chef Thomas Levandoski for $125/person.
FEBRUARY 12TH // Azelia Wine Dinner with Lorenzo Scavino // 6:30PM-9:30PM
Diners will be guided through Azelia wines with Lorzenzo Scavino paired with Northern Italian dishes from chef Thomas Levandoski. Lorenzo Scavino, 4th generation winemaker of Azelia Winery, will be on hand to share stories about his family, the wine and their legacy in Italy, established in 1920. {Menu available in the discussion of the event}
FEBRUARY 27TH // Salcheto Wines with Michele Manelli // 6:30PM-9:30PM
The second stop of the tour will feature an evening of Tuscan wines alongside a four-course menu from chef Thomas Levandoski. Salcheto founder, Michele Manelli will be present throughout the dinner to discuss the terroir, farming, and wine-making practices. Founded in 1997, Salcheto blends time-honored tradition with modern technology to produce environmentally responsible wines in Tuscany.
