Explore Spanish wine with sommelier Mackenzie Putici of New World Wine Tours and the wine making team of MontRubí with Toronto Common.

60Km outside of Barcelona the team at MontRubí is reviving and promoting single varietal wines based on grapes indigenous to Spain.

Taste the iconic Xarel•lo grape, full-bodied Garnacha, and a rosé Sparkling from the Sumoll grape.

We’ll dive into the history, gastronomy, and terroir of the region as you learn to taste wine with our deductive tasting method.
