The wines of Southern Italy are so individual they might as well come from a different country! Currently, this unique wine region is one of the most exciting scenes for the natural wine movement in Europe. Ancient wine varieties and winemaking techniques are being rediscovered and championed by local winemakers, and the wines improve with every vintage. In this virtual wine boot camp, we will get to the bottom of things and try to get a better understanding of this fascinating viticultural area.

• NYC delivery: order no later than 6pm two days prior to your class
• Pick-up at the Wine Bar: order & pick-up in person no later than 2 hours prior to your class
• Delivery in tri-state area: order three days prior to your class
• Nationwide delivery: order a minimum of five business days prior to the date of your class, and seven business days prior if you are on the West Coast.
