We are feeling in good spirits and partnering up with The Ladies of Palm Beach Distillery for an interactive boozy and appetizing evening, directly from the comfort of your home. Grab a kit and dress up in costume, it's adult-time!

This culinary experience is guided by Executive Chef & Founder, Jorge Montes of Roho Kitchen and Distillery Master, Summer Piep of Lost Harbour Spirits.

The 'Party in a Box Kit' includes food and booze to taste along during the virtual private dinner via zoom.

You'll learn how to make fun cocktails and savor delicious courses, fully cooked and deconstructed for the interactive component of the tasting. Chef will share plating tips and inspiration behind each dish.

LOST HARBOUR SPIRITS

Eager for a new place to set sail in her professional life, owner Summer Piep set out to create Palm Beach Distillery. An accountant by trade and a closet chemistry nerd by night, the craft spirits industry seemed to be a great fit for her know-how and passions.

Palm Beach Distillery is proud to be the first female owned and operated shop in Florida, out of more than 1,500 craft distilleries across the US and 30 being only female-owned. The ladies of Palm Beach Distillery do everything from developing their own products and working the loading docs to moving the latest shipments.

Braised short rib, cauliflower purée, roasted grapes, red wine-beef reduction

Raspberry-white chocolate mousse, raspberry gin sauce, short bread cookies

REGISTRATION

Virtual classes and dinner tastings are limited. Registration are made on first-come, first-basis. Payment is required upfront to reserve. Online payments accepted via PayPal or Credit Card. Roho Kitchen reserves the right to cancel events not meeting attendee enrollment standards, to change menu or to substitute instructor and hosts.

ABOUT WAIT-LIST

Once the event has sold out, names will be taken for a waitlist in case of cancellation. Waiting list are made on first-come, first-basis.

REFUND POLICY

You have 5 days prior to the event date to cancel your RSVP to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you have passed the 5 day cancellation margin. You may transfer/substitute someone in your place.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Roho Kitchen gift certificates, unless otherwise specified, may be redeemed at any time toward events, classes and take out. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Our standard policies mentioned above apply when gift certificates are used for events, classes and donated silent auctions.
