About this Event

Did you know all tequila is mezcal? But not all mezcal is tequila. 

In this virtual spirited class to honor Cinco de Mayo, you’ll learn:

• the differences between the tequila and mezcal
• how this special spirit category is made
• where the distinct flavors come from
• which are worthy of thoughtful sipping instead of shooting with salt and limon
• classic tequila-based cocktails and food pairings

Your virtual tequila event includes a tasting kit for 2 prepared by Honest to Goodness Personal Chef Services and safely delivered to your door via UPS the day BEFORE the event. Your kit will include tasting samples of 4 different premium tequilas and mezcals to compare añejo and reposado styles of both types. We do offer the option to attend and learn without receiving our tasting kit. See ticket options below.
