This class will walk (sip) you through the main regions, with grapes such as Albarino, Godello, Tempranillo (exploring & comparing it through the aging requirements known as Crianza, Reserva, and Gran Reserva), Monastrell, and Garnacha. You will finally be able to make sense of the wines of Rioja, Ribera Del Duero, Priorat, Bierzo, and Jumilla. Sí!

Flavor comparisons will be made with a tasting of 2 whites/6 red wines, with take-home literature to keep....and a surprise special tasting of the famous wine of Jerez!!!!
