About The Sonata Experience - Meet Bella & Paul
Bella is a yoga and meditation teacher and sound bath practitioner focused on creating experiences for self exploration and discovery. She leans on her 15 years of experience in K-12 education to hold a safe space for all individuals on and off the yoga mat.
Paul has over 15 years experience working in the entertainment industry as a talent manager. Having witnessed just how impactful music has been on finding his purpose, he wanted to find a way to share his passion with his wife. Together, through this experience, we offer the physical and mental benefits of bringing sound and movement as one.
