Class Date & Time: Saturday, September 25, 2021, 10:00AM to 5:00PM, exam at end of class
Where: Addie’s Place, the private room above The Wine House (Los Angeles). This course will be capped to a small group and masks will be worn during the indoor portion (theory & exam). The practical portion (tasting and food matching) will be outdoors in a tent we have put up for courses.

IMPORTANT: Part of this 6-hour class will be taught in-person indoors. Proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test from previous 48 hours required for this class.
