Join us on at Wally’s Santa Monica for an intimate, sit-down dinner with Giorgio Pelissero of Pelissero. The name Pelissero is synonymous with exceptional Barbaresco wines from Italy’s Piedmont region. Located among the majestic mountains of the Langhe, Pelissero’s estate vineyards grow on an ancient seabed made of sandstone and blue marl, creating a unique terroir that echoes in every glass. For over 60 years, three generations of winemakers have been cultivating the estate vineyards and perfecting age-old techniques while continuing to evolve their winemaking practices.
For this special evening, Giorgio is opening his library of older vintages to showcase the evolution of these elegant yet powerful wines. Wally’s Executive Chef Ryan Kluver will craft dishes that highlight the unique qualities of these remarkable wines.
