Wines of Cascadia Dinner

Join us for the first wine dinner of our 2024 series exploring the Pacific Northwest coast. Each course will be presented by Chef Michael Kelly and thoughtfully paired with wines from Oregon and Washington. Sip and mingle in the elegance of our private dining space while enjoying an artfully crafted culinary experience (with a few surprises along the way)!

We will also be joined by David Buetsche, the creative mind behind the unique artwork and murals found all over Hotel Covington. He will be raffling an original painting made just for this dinner to one lucky attendee!
