Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks…for family, friends, food and of course wine. For this next in the Lab series we will taste wines that will pair beautifully with your Thanksgiving menu and discuss in depth why these wines (and others like it) pair with food the way they do.
During the class we will taste the following wines: Albarino, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Valpolicella Ripasso and a Tawny Port. These will be paired with typical foods meant to enhance the flavor experience.
