Cost: $100 per person plus taxes and gratuity
A Winemaker’s Dinner event featuring the wines from Markham Vineyards, located in St. Helena, California. Winemaker, Kimberlee Nicholls, will be in attendance to share her knowledge of the winery and the wines they offer.
The wine dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, November 30th will offer five courses, created by Chef Phil Pierce, paired with wines to compliment each course. The courses include a Smoked Fish Cake, Seared Sea Scallops, Fennel Roasted Pork Belly, Espresso Rubbed Wild Boar Tenderloin and Belgian Dark Chocolate Cheesecake. Wines served will include a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Red Blend. All wines are from Markham Vineyards, Napa Valley.
There will also be the opportunity to buy bottles of wine at the event.
Reservations and a $30 deposit are required. Seating is limited.
