We are thrilled that wine maker Filipa "Pipa" Orison will be here from Portugal to attend the dinner. First course-
Papa Relleno, ( breaded fried potato cake), filled with salt cod, hard boiled eggs, and olives. Caramelized peppers and onions, roasted tomato crema.
PAIRED WITH 2016 ROSE.
Second course-
Steamed clams, pork belly, asparagus, tomatoes, citrus garlic butter broth, Portuguese bread (Pao).

Third course-
House made smoked Lamb sausage, black eyed pea fritter, kale, Piri piri pepper sauce.

Fourth course-
Beef short rib, marinaded in red wine and garlic, sous vide for 18 hours, star anise port glaze, black pepper and onion potato terrine.

Fifth course-
Goat cheese and blackberry cheese cake tart, caramelized sugar top, raisins, sugared grape coulis.
