Many wines and sakes are incredibly versatile when it comes to food and wine pairing, so how to choose? Come join us on September 1st at 7:00pm to determine which of your favorite beverages you should pair with your next meal.

This tasting is will not only be an opportunity to learn, but also a friendly competition. Participants will taste 3 different wines and 3 different sakes along with the following foods: sushi, cheese, mini sandwiches and mini cheesecakes. Each pairing will be guided by our wine and sake experts, partners, husband and wife Alessandra Esteves DipWSET and Guilherme de Macedo MSS. You will then have the chance to cast your vote for your favorite combination.

We will taste the following wines/sakes:

• Champagne Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rose NV vs. Hana Hou Hou Shu Rosé Sparkling Sake Rosé Clouds
• Le Petit Rose 2020 vs. Oze X Rose Junmai Daiginjo
• Philippe Girard Sancerre 2021 vs. Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Honjozo
