Nick Goldschmidt's been making wine across the globe for dang near 40 years. Born and educated in New Zealand, he finally settled down in California where he's overseen production for Clos Du Bois, Buena Vista, Haywood, Atleast Peak and more for Beam estates.

In 1998 he had the good sense to start his own company, and Goldschmidt Vineyards has been making stellar wines ever since.

We've hosted Nick a number of times -- most recently for a virtual tasting -- and each time is even better than the last. This time, we'll have the great pleasure of having him here in person to guide us through some selected bottles, which are all "single vineyard, 100% varietal, handcrafted, small production artisan wines."

Nick has mastered the art of being both informative AND fun, and you'll find yourself learning plenty if you can hear anything over the sound of your own laughter.
