In this class, we will dive into Croatian and Slovenian wine, learn all about why it took you THIS LONG to fall in love with the stuff (but the wait was oh-so worth it), and what the heck qvevri are. We’ll pair the perfect cheese (as usual) to bring out the true character of these wines, all while sharing the what’s, why’s, and how’s in our typical curds&co way.
