Wine Class: The Wines of Australia

In this class we will taste through a lineup of 5 wines that highlight Australia's primary grapes and regions. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the world's 5th largest producer of wine, the grapes grown in the various regions, the style of wines produced there, an increased knowledge in the wine-making process and will be more comfortable with the language used when describing wines.
