Join our Wine Director and Sommelier Erin Dudley to sip a collection of fine domestic wines made by women.

We are celebrating Women's History Month at Vermilion by highlighting some of our favorite women winemakers and wine moguls of the USA! The United States wine industry is relatively young and entrepreneurial compared to the industries found in Europe, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is more progressive and inclusive. In 2020, only 14% of wineries in California had a lead female winemaker, and there is much progress to be made. However, many women in the US industry are powerful leaders producing some of the best wines the country has to offer.

Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will discuss the history of women in the domestic wine industry and taste some of our favorite representations from American Women with our Wine Director, Erin Dudley, at Vermilion!

Included with your ticket:

  • Seated wine class with certified sommelier and Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director, Erin Dudley CSW
  • Tasting of six fine wines from made by women in the USA
  • Small serving of artisanal cheese and bread to accompany your tasting
