Who are the members of the Tasty Trio? They are food and wine experts with a passion for teaching– Tonda Corrente is owner of La Femme du Fromage, Lisa Wilk is founder of Orlando Uncorked, and Jill Ramsier is a co-owner of Quantum Leap Winery.

*Pro Tip- If you are planning on attending as part of a group (more than two people) it is best to have one person purchase the tickets: Reason #1 - everyone in your party that wants a ticket gets a ticket - there is always someone in the group that is slow to purchase and it often happens that the class is sold out before they get around to it. Reason #2 - it will help ensure your group can sit together for the class. Parties larger than 10 will be seated at adjacent tables.

For the love of cheese! Tonda Corrente of La Femme Du Fromage at East End Market will share her expertise and principles of how to get the most from the 4 featured wine and cheese pairings.
Lisa is the founder of Orlando Uncorked, a local wine educator, wine and food writer, and blogger at Taste Cook Sip.com. Lisa will guide the class through 4 wine and Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confection pairings.
Jill is the Co-Owner of Orlando's first and only winery, Quantum Leap. Jill is a seasoned marketing executive that spent over 19 years in the restaurant marketing world before making the full leap into the world of wine. Jill will be educating the class on the 5 Quantum Leap wines made from grapes sourced from the best wine-making regions around the world.
