Get ready for a delectable journey of wine, cheese, and chocolate! The class is lead by Tonda Corrente, Lisa Wilk and Jill Ramsier, the trio will guide the class through 5 unique and tasty pairings created to engage the tasters' palate. Lisa is the founder of Orlando Uncorked, a local wine educator, wine and food writer and blogger at Taste Cook Sip.com. Lisa will guide the class through 4 wine and Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confection pairings.

Jill is the Co-Owner of Orlando's first and only winery, Quantum Leap. Jill is a seasoned marketing executive that spent over 15 years in the restaurant marketing world before making the full leap into the world of wine. Jill will be educating the class on the 5 Quantum Leap wines made from grapes sourced from the best wine-making regions around the world.
