The Institute of Masters of Wine is delighted to announce the continuation of our newest component of our Annual Champagne Tasting: a bring-your-own-Champagne dinner at the local Chinese favorite R & G Lounge. This year we are scheduling the dinner the night BEFORE the tasting to ensure that everyone can appreciate all of the events fully. As with last year, we ask you to bring one of your favorite bottles, and we will be certain to get things started in style with a few tempting selections from our cellar.
Seating will be strictly limited to 30 people, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly (first come, first served). Menu will include the following traditional Cantonese specialties:
Assorted Cantonese BBQ (Char Siu, Siu Yuk, Roast Duck)
Steamed Clams with Egg
Live Crab Salt and Pepper
Whole Steamed Fish with Ginger & Scallions
Minced Squab in Lettuce Cups
Pea Shoots with Garlic
Black Mushrooms with Mustard Greens
Fried Rice
