Take your wine knowledge and tasting skills to the next level by joining us for a sommelier guided wine and food pairing experience featuring delicious, freshly baked cupcakes from Cookies by Ray of Monson, MA. This isn't your ordinary wine tasting! This is a wonderfully entertaining and educational guided experience packed with fun demonstrations that will leave you wanting more. During this experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 Hardwick Winery wines paired with 5 delectable cupcakes, as well as various interactive demonstrations in the fundamentals of wine and food pairing.

- Giles E Warner Dry White : Lemon Poppyseed (sponge cake with lemon curd filling and vanilla bean frosting)
- Enfield Apricot: Apricot Almond (soft almond sponge cake with apricot preserves and apricot/almond buttercream
- Cranberry Apple: Cranberry Bliss (cranberry vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting and sugared cranberries)
- Harvest Maple: Blueberry Pancake (blueberry maple sponge cake with maple bacon frosting)
- Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Wine: Red Wine Cupcake (decadent chocolate cake made with Hardwick’s Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Wine, filled with raspberry preserves, topped with chocolate raspberry grenache
