Take your wine knowledge and tasting skills to the next level and join us for a sommelier guided wine and food pairing experience featuring delicious cake pops created by X&M Treats of Springfield, MA. This isn't your ordinary wine tasting! This is a wonderfully entertaining and educational guided experience packed with fun demonstrations that will leave you wanting more. During this experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 Broken Creek Vineyard wines paired with 5 delectable cake pops, as well as various interactive demonstrations in the fundamentals of wine and food pairing.

The menu includes cake pop flavors such as Red Velvet Oreo, Chocolate Raspberry, Peach, Apple Butter Cake, and Orange Zest paired with 5 different Broken Creek wines.

This is a 21+ event. Class starts promptly at 6:00. Doors open at 5:30 if you'd like to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine or wine slushee before class begins.
