Wine 101 Class
Come enjoy an afternoon of wine tasting and education on Thursday, December 2nd, at our Introductory Wine 101 Class. The class features a presentation of wine basics, interactive tastings of 6 different wine varietals along with a meat and cheese platter to enjoy during the class. Participants will also receive class handouts and tasting guides to take home with them. Sip, mingle, and learn in a relaxed and fun atmosphere!
Wine 101 Topics: Discovering how to taste wine, learning about wine aromas and flavor profiles, understanding how climate and winemaking techniques impact wine flavors and exploring the differences between New World and Old World Wines, as well as many more topics.
Wine & Food:
This class is hosted by Sip Happens Wine School and will be held at The Waterfront Inn at Lake Sumter Landing. Sip Happens Wine School creates practical and unpretentious wine and spirit classes that cover various topics in the wine and spirits industry ranging from beginner to intermediate levels.

Cancellations after the 48-hour mark can be credited toward another class or be transferred to another person.
