You asked, we listened! We are thrilled to host our second Wine Blending Class & Competition on May 7th, and this time, we're blending white wines! In this introductory Wine 101 class, we will discuss typical blending grapes, methods, and labeling for you to create your own unique wine blend and label!

Compete in teams of four to create a master blend and label. You may bring a group of four or be placed on a team upon arrival. We will use 3 varieties of white grapes during this class: Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer.

Materials for the class include:

• Tasting flight for each person
• Mixing beaker for the table
• Pipette
• Three different blending wines for the table
• Wine profiles
• Recipe cards
• Charcuterie board for the table

Prizes will be awarded to the team that creates the best tasting blend, and for the team that creates the best label! Judges include our Certified Sommelier Nicoletta; Certified Specialist of Wine Mike Turner from Wine Trends; and a third judge to be announced later on!

Wine bottles from the event will be for sale on a first come first served basis.
