• Course 1: Golden Beet & Mandarin Salad: kale, red quinoa, cucumber, celery, red onion, candied pecans goat cheese, crème fraiche dressing
• Course 2: Pork belly and kabocha squash Tempura, Vadouvan carrot puree, maple-soy glaze, scallion relish or (Veggie): Brussels Sprouts: calabrian chili aioli, agave, candied fresno chili, parmigiano reggiano
• Course 3 : Atlantic Salmon: herb puree, seasonal vegetables, beurre blanc or (Veggie) Oyster Mushroom Bolognese: fresh casarecce pasta, oyster mushrooms, pickled
• Course 4 : Peach Pavlova: peach sorbet, macerated peaches, vanilla bean chantilly, crispy meringue
