You know and love the Italian classics, now explore some lesser-known (and underrated) regions! We'll be taking you off the beaten path to explore the unique style and character of some unfamiliar grape varietels, from Italy's diverse wine regions.

Expect to expand your knowledge - and your palette - and maybe even find your new favorite wine!

Your ticket includes five wine tastings accompanied by cheese and small-bite pairings. Class will be led by Symposium Wine Bar owner, Katie McKenna-Heveron and co-hosted by wine enthusiest, Neil Walker-Neveras. Neil has a long-standing and deep appreciation for wine with an emphasis on Italian varietals, and is a champion for lesser-known Italian wines and producers. He lives part-time in Buffalo and part-time at his home in Perugia, Italy, located in the Umbria wine region. Class will run from 6 p.m., until approx. 7:30 p.m. and the bar will open for purchase of wine and beer following the class.
