Join Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen for a special one-night-only wine dinner featuring Aperture Cellars, a Sonoma Valley winery championing a range of Bordeaux-style wines.

• Following the wine reception*, enjoy an intimate Aperture wine pairing dinner crafted by Weft & Warp's Executive Chef Sammy DeMarco.
• The five-course sit-down dinner includes dishes like a Spring Risotto with asparagus and morel mushrooms, a Long Island Duck with foie gras and jus de maison, a Dry-Aged Steak with cipollini onions, seasonal greens, aged parmesan, and cassis demi-glace, among other exquisite creations alongside Aperture-paired wines.
• Wines being poured during this portion include a magnum collection of Aperture’s signature red wines (Bordeaux Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon and Single Vineyard Cabernet).
