The class format will follow a slow flow/ gentle vinyasa for the first half to get the breath and body gently moving, followed by yin yoga during the second half of class. CLass will be infused with essential oils to support the experience of class and a group tarot reading will be done during yin. One glass of wine is included with ticket purchase (non-alcoholic option also available) and if you desire a personal tarot reading, those will be offered complimentary in the tasting room after class. Great for groups, date night or a solo experience.

Class is located in the warehouse where the wine barrels are- please enter through the tasting room and follow the hallway to the back.
