Cat Greenway is offering a morning hour-long session of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, suitable for all levels. Yoga will be in the Compass Rose Room overlooking the vineyard for a true sense of Zen. Participants should bring their own mat and are welcome to bring additional props such as blocks or straps. After yoga, you'll enjoy a delicious glass of 8 Chains North wine, which is included in the ticket price. Our kitchen is open for post-yoga bites, too. It's the perfect way to start your Sunday.
