Join us as we celebrate Valentine's Day with friends new and old in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.

Course 1: Welcome glass of Hardwick wine with fresh butter board with sweet and savory butters and fresh baked bread
Course 2: Giles Warner: Caponata (spicy Sicilian eggplant) and garlic crostini
Course 3: Reservoir Rose': Savory artichoke and burrata tart with dressed greens
Course 4: Baystate Blueberry: Blueberry braised lamb shank over garlic mashed
OR Blueberry fontina and shrimp stuffed poblano pepper
Course 5: Chocolate Raspberry: Red velvet and fudge trifle
In order to guarantee you will be seated with your entire party, please purchase all of your party's tickets in one order.
This event starts promptly at 6:00. You may arrive early for a pre-event glass of wine if you wish. This is a 21+ event.
