• Dinner by chefs Ashley and Gary Southard
• Wines by Kingman Estates Winery
• In the Kingman winery surrounded by oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks

Course I: 

• Amuse Bouche - Onion soubise, caviar, chip, lemon foam
• Wine: Reserve Chardonnay

Course II: 

• Soup - Mushroom bisque, wild rice griddle cake, chive aioli
• Wine: Reve Rouge

Course III: 

• Salad - Goat cheese, golden beet, winter greens, smoked trout
• Wine: Nefarious Red

Course IV: 

• Entrée - Wine braised brisket, pave potato, heritage carrot puree, sous-vide smoked shallots, rye bread tuile
• Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon

Course V: 

• Dessert - Milk Chocolate box, trio of mousse, chocolate strawberries, toffee
• Wine: Cowboy Red Port
