First Course: Karmasutra Shrimp

Grilled jumbo shrimp with mango chutney & turmeric glaze.

Paired with Three Pears Pinot Grigio - a perfect trio of bright, nostalgic, and quenching flavors with subtle fruit expressions to flourish. This rather light and very smooth wine offers tempting Anjou pear and white peach flavors on a medium-body. Soft acidity rounds the edges of the texture.

Second Course: Sweetheart Salad

Tender greens with strawberries, toasted pecans, cucumbers and feta cheese. Tossed with champagne vinegrette.

Paired with Mason Sauvignon Blanc - nose with grapefruit, floral and honeysuckle. The bright, refreshing, silky palate offers grapefruit and minerality leading into a long, bright finish.

Both entrees served with creamy redskin mashed potatoes and broccolini.

Paired with Outlier Lake County Noir - opens with a pop of red cherry, followed by notes of black tea, herbes de Provence and red and black cherry and plum. The palate brings together a chalky tannic texture that's cut by good acidity, leading toward a flavorsome finish.

Fourth Course: Chocolate Swiss Chalet Cake

Paired with Shatter Grenache - Flavors and aromas dominated by black current, spice and cured meats with a touch of coffee from low toast barrels. The palate is pure and powerful, but has structure and a backbone, that holds it all together.
