Second Course: Harvest Crunch Salad - tender baby greens tossed with cashews, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, chayote & apple champagne vinaigrette
Paired with La Belle Vie Rose 2019 - very full-bodied with strong red fruit flavors

Paired with Merlot 2019 - full-bodied with aromas of cherries and black raspberry with complex herbal notes and minty essence along with impressions of spice, vanilla, and toast from oak barrel aging.
