"UNCORKED" Wine & Dine with Raquel!

Hello everyone, I am excited to announce that I am bringing back the wine tastings! The idea behind these events is just to have fun, learn about wine, taste great food, and meet awesome people. I will be sponsoring the wines; you just purchase a ticket for the food pairing. You see, I am from Spain, and in Spain when you go to a bar and you ask for a wine, they usually bring you a tapa (a small bite) well, in this case, I am doing the opposite: you just have to cover the cost of the food and the wine pairings are on me, we will be drinking from my personal wine cellar.

This exclusive event is a unique opportunity to indulge in a delightful evening of fine wine and exquisite dining. Hosted at Ceibo, a restaurant rooted in the South American bar culture of Montevideo and Buenos Aires, influenced by waves of immigration from Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal to the region. The restaurant is own by Uruguay natives and brothers Juan and Manuel Olivera. Juan is the chef while Manuel oversees guest experiences and manages front of the house staff.

The culinary program features ingredients and techniques from South America and Europe, with a shared dining menu composed of small and large dishes.

We will be tasting 4 dishes and 4 wines perfectly pair with the dishes.
