Enjoy some of our favorite bottles from Tuscany with each glass matched with an incredible wine pairing!

After the fun and flavors of our last wine dinner, we can hardly wait to host the next! You won't have to wait long to enjoy the next event where we welcome Shannon Behnen, certified wine expert from Vintegrity Wines, as well as Elizabeth Schuster, owner and executive chef of Tenacious Eats, for a 5-course dinner featuring wines from Tuscany!

While we're working hard to select the perfect bottles for this event and choose the right dish to serve with each bottle, you can go ahead and reserve your seats for a celebration of Italian food and wine! Guests will be welcomed to a sit down dinner with five different wines and five chef-prepared food accompaniments to highlight the flavors found in these bottles. If you love incredible Italian wines and classically-inspired dishes, we hope you'll join us for this event!

To ensure each guest receives the most individualized tasting experience we are keeping seating for this event limited. Thus, we would encourage those interested to reserve their seats at the earliest convenience. So if you love impeccable wines, creative pairings, or hopefully both(!) we hope you'll join us for our latest five-course wine dinner. Tickets for this event on Friday, April 26th are $150/person. We can't wait to have you join us for a truly memorable dining experience!

The menu for this event is as follows:

First Course: “Coccoli with Strachino and Prosciutto” Light, puffy balls of fried dough, stuffed with salty prosciutto and creamy strachino cheese.

Wine Pairing: Naonis Prosecco Rosé

Second Course: “Ribollita” Hearty and complex stew made with cod, cannellini bean, cabbage, Tuscan bread, onion, garlic, silver beet, kale, swiss chard, potato celery, pomo tomato, lemon, olive oil and Parmesan.

Wine Pairing: Badia Al Colle Vermentino 2021


Third Course: “Pappardelle al ragù di Cinghiale” Wide egg noodle served with a slow simmered and tender wild boar ragu.

Wine Pairing: Ricasoli "Brolio" Chianti Classico Riserva 2019


Fourth Course: “Bistecca” T-bone steak, grilled of white hot coals, (smoked with olive branches) salted, sliced and drizzled in olive oil and lemon juice. Served with fried herb potato and mixed greens.

Wine Pairing: Ricasoli "Casalferro" Merlot 2018

Fifth Course: Torta Pisstochi Dark chocolate truffle cake, with almond cookie and whipped cream

Wine Pairing: Montepeloso "A Quo" 2022

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
