Course 1- Fresh Arugula Citrus Salad, candied orange, sweet red onion, pepper corn bacon with a citrus vinegar paired Three Chord Small Batch Blended Bourbon Whiskey

Course 2- Braised Pork Belly, bourbon reduced sweet glaze, pickled daikon slaw with crispy fennel paired with Three Chord Amplified Rye

Course 3- Cajun Pork Loin, stuffed with sausage dressing, sweet corn risotto paired with Three Chord Straight Bourbon aged in pinot noir barrels
