The Great Taste of PG is a popular affair drawing over 350 guests, sampling bites from the Monterey Peninsula’s best restaurants, caterers and the like, while tasting an impressive selection of wines and brews produced in Monterey County and beyond. The event draws over 30 food, wine, and brew vendors, includes a Great Silent Auction with typically over 100 items to bid on, and the opportunity to participate in the “Stock Your Cellar” wine cork raffle.
This event is hosted by PG P.R.I.D.E. (Public Response In Dollars for Education) and proceeds are used to fund grant requests in the Pacific Grove Unified School District for classroom enrichment and educational opportunities in STEM, the arts, and music.
