Cassoulet is a famous dish from the South of France. Beans slow cooked in a richly flavored, brothy stew of pork, sausages, fowl, garlic and spices, the very best take days to truly concentrate all those flavors. This dish is a French classic and cherished throughout France but it made its humble beginnings in France's Southwest, where the wines are as hearty and wild as this dish. Come by and taste Samantha's version of "Beans & Franks" and the feral wines that go perfectly with it.
