Get ready to celebrate one of Italy’s most beloved treasures: pasta! This month, we’re launching our first-ever line of Eataly pasta. Made with 100% heirloom Italian wheat and mountain spring water, our pasta is bronze-dye extruded for an ideal textured surface. From Bucatini to Rigatoni, each shape is slow-dried to perfectly preserve the authentic flavors of Italy.
Join us around the cooktop of La Scuola for a cooking demonstration led by our Chef of La Scuola featuring Eataly's new dry pasta line. Our chef will walk you through the art of dry pasta teaching guests how to make both classic and unexpected Spaghetto dishes.
