It’s back! We’re kicking off peak patio season with a Spanish-style pig roast at Barcelona in Fairfield on June 9th—marking our 15th annual Wine & Swine experience. The star of this four-course feast is a roasted suckling pig, paired with the season's freshest vegetables, salad, and sides. The spotlight is shared with bright and juicy wines from Ungrafted Selections and Jose Pastor Selections —pairings selected by our team and William Miller of Harry's Wine & Liquor Market. Leading the party will be Chef Ted Gola and Barcelona’s team sharing stories about the wines.
