Eat, drink and be thankful at Perle on Maple this Thanksgiving. The new French-inspired restaurant and bar tucked inside The Stoneleigh, a luxury boutique hotel that has been celebrating Thanksgiving for the last 95 years, will be hosting a special Thanksgiving Day feast from 11 AM to 7 PM. The menu, created by Executive Chef Wade Burch, offers non-traditional and holiday classics using local ingredients, such as: Butter Nut Squash Soup with maple clabbered cream and granny smith apple; Roasted Turkey with cranberry-orange relish, cornbread stuffing, green beans and brown butter bourbon glazed yams gravy; and Pumpkin Cheese Cake. The Thanksgiving Day menu is available as a three-course prix-fixed menu for $49.95 ($75 with paired wines) or à la carte and is available on Thursday, November 22, from 11 AM to 7 PM.
