On April 30th we celebrate Earth Month and indulge in two loves that come from Mother Nature: Natural Wine and Oysters!

Join LDNY and friends for a unique Oyster 101 Masterclass and Natural Wine pairing event with Dames Michael-Ann Rowe (seafood expert) and Jenny Lefcourt (CEO, Jenny and François Selections).

Dame Michael-Ann will teach us the essentials of appreciating oysters with an unforgettable tasting and shucking demonstration, exploring "merroir "(derived from terroir) as it applies to oyster appellation and provenance. Also, tips on buying and serving oysters.

Dame Jenny will pair hand-selected natural wines with the oysters, teaching us about natural wine-growing methods; what is natural wine, and what is the natural wine movement in general.

After the event, Dame Alex Ivanac is generously hosting an a la carte dinner at her restaurant, Villa Berulia, and offering a 30% discount for all registrants. To reserve your spot, answer yes or no at ticket check-out.
