Join me, Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo, in Italy this summer for my "Taste Trentino Culinary Tour" where we'll explore, cook, eat & sip the best this spectacular region in the Italian Alps has to offer! We will stay at a luxury hotel in Andalo, an adorable alpine village nestled in the Dolomites that is home to my family origins. From there our daily excursions will take us traveling up the mountains to enjoy traditional chalet cooking and visiting top local food and wine producers to taste the best in regional specialties like cured meats, mountain cheeses, alpine honey, artisan pasta, and grappa. We'll tour prestigious local wineries and dine on contemporary regional cuisine at exquisite restaurants. You'll also cook with me and local guest chefs in private cooking classes and learn the secrets of Trentino cuisine then sit down to elegant family style meals where we will enjoy the fruits of our labor paired with exceptional regional wines.
