Saturday, April 13th, the final day of Tampa Bay WFF will host a Grand Tasting, featuring selected restaurants, live music, interactive sponsor experiences, international wine and spirits pavilions, and of course good times! Brought to you by Breakthru Beverage Florida, and presented by GOYA Foods, this year's Grand Tasting is gearing up to be even bigger and better, with an all new culinary demo stage sponsored by Publix, new lounge experiences, more shaded areas throughout the festival, more covered areas, live music, and EVEN MORE FUN!

Taking over Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, enjoy flavor-packed bites from 40+ of Tampa Bay’s leading restaurants from across the area as we take you along a journey of the different culinary neighborhoods, enjoy an array of cocktail and wine pavilions that will celebrate some of your favorite varietals, along with interactive activations from leading national brands. Live Music and daytime fun will top off the experience. With hundreds of food and drink items to be savored, the Grand Tasting will be a great day at one of Tampa’s favorite parks on the riverfront as you indulge in the best of the best while listening to live music from local favorites and dancing the day away.

All ages are welcome at Saturday’s festival! Children under 10 enter for free on Saturday, April 13th!

An Evening Of Competitive Culinary Cook-Offs14 CHEFS. 7 BATTLES. 1 EPIC NIGHT!

Get ready for Irvine’s Chef Showdown with all new leading sponsor, Chef Robert Irvine’s Spirits, to celebrate Tampa Bay’s top chefs and gear up for an evening of competitive culinary cook-offs on the all new Publix Showcase Kitchen stage and presented by GOYA Foods and Mountain Valley Water, where you are the judge judges as they indulge in endless dishes and refreshing cocktails and dance the night away. 14 chefs will battle head-to-head in seven unique showdowns. Each will host their own “battle pavilion” , where guests will visit each battle, sample, and vote on their favorite of the two. Throughout the night, chefs from each battle will take the main stage to put on a show in their live demos as representatives from the culinary industry, including media, will serve as final judges to award the best in each showdown.
Hosting this year’s festivities is celebrity guest and official Chef Ref for the night, Chef Robert Irvine of Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, along with Great Day Live’s Java Ingram. Get Ready to choose your champ!

RO

Savor the artistry of omakase at RO Hyde Park. RO’s menu is created with items delivered from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market, ensuring the freshest and most authentic fish, allowing for distinct flavors in traditional dishes. Every bite is curated by the hands of a master and every bite, a culinary journey. RO will include exquisite sake pairings from Breakthru Beverage, led by the one and only Midori Roth.

MEAT MARKET

From prime cuts to artisanal selections, indulge a 5-course seated dinner, created by celebrity chef, Chef Robert Irvine, owner and executive chef of Meat Market, Chef Sean Brasel, and honorary chef host, Chef Fernando Desa of Goya Foods for a dinner unlike any other. Meat Market features carefully curated cuts, fresh seafood and unique wine and spirits pairings with the help of Breakthru Beverage to make this dinner one to remember with a chef lineup that can’t be beat.

SUR LA TABLE

Looking to spruce up your cooking skills? Date night? Sur La Table is hosting a 3-course cooking class for 20 people where you get to be the chef! A Master Mixologist is helping you create your perfect cocktail pairings with wines for our wine-o’s while you cook for a date night you won’t want to miss. This year’s menu is Winter in Paris, which includes roasted chicken with a tarragon cream sauce, roasted root vegetables and flambeed crepes with an orange sauce all paired with wines from Breakthru Beverage.

With an always changing menu featuring innovative flavors and local in season items, Rooster & The Till continues to create new dishes to keep everyone on their toes. To add to the excitement, Chef Brad Kilgore, named Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine and a James Beard nominee, will be joining an already talented and noteworthy lineup to take this experience to the next level.

PREDALINA

Located on Water Street, in close proximity to Tampa's historic docks and a stone's throw from the waterfront, Predalina boasts a lively and energetic ambiance. Here, the vibrant atmosphere perfectly showcases the finest seafood offerings from the Mediterranean region, creating an experience every time.

Guests will be welcomed with an amuse bouche and Breakthru Beverage cocktail before enjoying 4-courses created by Executive Chef, Chef Billy Zeko.

SMALL GIANT

Nestled on Water Street, Small Giant is a culinary gem that combines a cozy atmosphere with an innovative menu. The restaurant takes pride in its commitment to using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to craft dishes that delight the palate with an interior that exudes a welcoming ambiance, featuring a blend of modern and rustic décor.
