Join Dorene Adams, RN, MSN, E-RYT 500 in a discussion and exploration of how the principles of yoga can change your experience and perspective on life.
Participants will be introduced to the Eight Limb Path, as described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. We will explore and practice various breathing techniques and mindfulness and meditation practices as an adjunct treatment for chronic pain, anxiety, depression and chronic medical conditions.
As an added bonus, our session will take place during the sunset at this incredible property, inviting each of us the opportunity to witness the astounding beauty of every day.
