Please join us for a Spring Wine Dinner on MONDAY, MAY 20th, 6:30pm featuring an old friend of ours - Italian vintner NICOLA BISCARDO. Nicola was born in Verona and has spread his wine kingdom throughout Italy. Nicolo will be bringing 5 of his finest wines and Chef Drew will pair them with a multi-course, seasonal dinner. Cost is $65pp (+tax & grat).
Born in the land of Amarone, Nicola is a master Italian Wine Taster and Sommelier, and spends his time between New York and Verona, Italy to “spoil his vineyards and olive trees”. The fourth generation of his family to go into the wine business, Biscardo’s grandfather urged him to pursue whatever career he wanted, but gave him a piece of advice that stuck: “You can do whatever you want with your life, but if you stay with wine, you’ll be in the best business on the planet.”
